Archiving Policy

The Academix Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences (AJPS) ensures permanent preservation and continued accessibility of all published scholarly content.

  1. AJPS participates in the PKP Preservation Network (PN/LOCKSS) to archive articles in geographically distributed servers.

  2. The publisher maintains local backups of the database and uploaded files on secured institutional storage.

  3. Final article metadata will be registered with CrossRef DOI records to guarantee persistent hyperlinks.

  4. Authors are encouraged to deposit their accepted manuscripts in institutional or subject repositories.

  5. If the journal ceases operation in the future, archived copies will remain accessible through LOCKSS partners.

  6. Preservation covers articles, galleys, and supplementary files equally.

This policy supports libraries and indexing agencies by providing long-term digital continuity of pharmaceutical science literature.
